ABOUT RESEARCH STATION

All India Co-ordinated rice improvement project (AICRP) was established in the year 1976 at ARS, Sirguppa and shifted to ARS, Gangavati in the year 2009. It mainly works on development of new paddy varieties suitable for Tung-Bhadra command comprising parts of Koppal, Bellary and Raichur districts of Karnataka.
